1. Participation in the 5th Asian-Pacific General Galvanizing Conference (5th APGGC), and the hotel reservation,
   will be confirmed on receipt of payment by a statement. This statement will show the Value Added Tax. All costs
   incurred by participants in the 5th APGGC are the responsibility of the participant. The organizers of the 5th APGGC
   and their agent are not responsible for costs incurred by delegates.
2.The fees for participation in the 5th APGGC will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation before July 31, 2001.
   All cancellations must be in writing. The date of the postmark or the date on the fax transmission will be valid.
   Substitution of delegates must be made in writing and is possible at any time.
3. The hotel deposit will be refunded only if a written cancellation has been received by KGA before July 31, 2001.
    In case of later cancellation or non-appearance on the booked day of arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Possible costs
    charged by the hotel in question for accommodation booked through the registration office and not taken up are the     responsibility
    of the customer. For changes of reservation up to July 31, 2001 a processing fee of US$20 will be charged.
4. All agreements must be in writing. Agreements are binding only if confirmed in writing by KGA.


 1. The abstract must be written in English.
 2. Title of paper ahould be all capitals.
 3. The deadine for erceiving abstracts is February 28, 2001.
 4. The selected abstracts will be requested to submit a complete paper to the Secretariat.
